We are pleased to announce that you can now add a web calendar with your game assignments as a referee or commissioner to your personal agenda.
This feature works on most platforms, including iOS (iPhone, iPad, Mac), Android (Google Calendar), Windows (Outlook), and Web, where calendars can be added via a URL.
How to Set It Up:
- Log in to your personal web space on Site Interactif https://interactif.flbb.lu/ .
- Navigate to Menu des Arbitres and then Vos Matchs.
- Locate the calendar icon and click it to access the link for your personal calendar.
Platform-Specific Instructions:
- iPhone/iPad/iMac:
- Simply click on the link, and it will be added to your Apple Calendar.
- Google Calendar:
- Copy the calendar link from Site Interactif.
- Under Other calendars, click the “+” button.
- Select From URL and paste the link.
- PC/Outlook:
- Copy the calendar link from Site Interactif.
- Depending on your Outlook version:
- Select Open calendar from Internet or Open calendar from URL.
- Alternatively, go to Add a calendar -> Subscribe from web.
- Paste the link.
Features of the Calendar:
- The calendar updates automatically every hour with game assignments for the current season, including details like referees, commissioners, and game status.
- New assignments will appear as soon as Patrick sends your nominations. (Google: after 1h)
- If a nomination is canceled, the game will disappear from your calendar.
- You will typically receive a game reminder 24 hours before the match.
- In case of a forfeit declared more than one hour before the game, you’ll receive an alert, and Patrick will also contact you.
Important Reminder: Always double-check game information at https://www.luxembourg.basketball/calendrier/ before heading out for a match.

Nous sommes heureux de vous annoncer que vous pouvez désormais ajouter un calendrier web avec vos désignations en tant qu’arbitre ou commissaire à votre agenda personnel.

Comment faire :

- Selon votre version d’Outlook :
- Sélectionnez Ouvrir un calendrier depuis Internet ou Ouvrir un calendrier depuis une URL.
- Ou bien : Ajouter un calendrier -> S’abonner depuis le web.
- Collez le lien.
Fonctionnalités du Calendrier :
- Le calendrier se met automatiquement à jour toutes les heures avec les désignations pour la saison en cours et les dernières informations sur les matchs (arbitres, commissaire, statut du match, etc.).
- Les nouvelles désignations apparaîtront dès que Patrick vous enverra les nominations. (Google: après 1 h.)
- Si une nomination est annulée, le match disparaîtra du calendrier.
- Vous recevrez généralement un rappel du match 24 heures avant celui-ci.
- En cas de forfait déclaré plus d’une heure avant le match, vous recevrez une alerte et Patrick vous contactera également.
