The Fiche d’inscription saison 2026‑2027 must be submitted within the deadline (30.08.2026!!!); no submission = no games.

What to fill in

The form covers seven parts:

Personal information

Check your data on the CV page first (Instructions: CV Extranet)

Any change of home address must be reported separately to org@flbb.lu (travel distances and reimbursements will be recalculated)

Profession / occupation

Job title, workplace, normal working hours. Irregular schedules should be sent by email as a planning file

Availabilities and club functions

Keep detailed availabilities and player, coach, referee, team official, statistician, follower, etc. status updated via Vos disponibilités (Instructions: Referee Availability Mmanagement)

Conflicts of interest

Family in a team, personal relationships, strong club ties, anything that might affect neutrality

Status for the season

• Referee: continue / temporary stop
• Instructor: continue / stop

Even if you stop, you still send the form so FLBB knows your status

Remarks and suggestions

Free text for practical notes or proposals

Consent

You confirm that FLBB and AdABL may use and process your data for legitimate interests related to your referee activity

After you have completed the Season 2026‑2027 registration form, make sure you click the button “Envoi fiche d’inscription” to actually submit it. If you do not send the form, your registration is not recorded and you cannot be assigned to games.

After submission, go back to CV and Vos disponibilités to ensure all data and absences are up to date for nominations.

Métier, lieu de travail, horaires habituels. En cas d’horaires irréguliers, envoyez votre planning par e‑mail

Disponibilités et fonctions dans le club

Les disponibilités détaillées ainsi que ton status joueur, coach, arbitre, officiel d’équipe, statisticien, suiveur, etc. sont gérées via Vos disponibilités (Instructions: Referee Availability Mmanagement/)

Conflits d’intérêts

Membre de la famille dans une équipe, relations personnelles, liens forts avec un club, toute situation pouvant nuire à votre impartialité

Statut pour la saison

• Arbitre : continuer / arrêter temporairement
• Instructeur : continuer / arrêter

Même en cas d’arrêt, il faut envoyer la fiche pour informer la FLBB de votre statut.
